We feel proud to name our Indian restaurant THE KHAJURAHO to pay tributes to the serenity and enshrining spirit of this place.

The Khajuraho, Indian restaurant in Prague is located in the very heart of the city, just a few steps away from the OLD TOWN SQUARE. It was established in October 2006 as a part of the luxury 5* hotel Iron Gate. Since January 2008 we relocated to more spacious and charming premises of RICHTRŮV DŮM, a historical building of 14th century.

In “The Khajuraho” we would like to host you and facilitate a rare possibility to explore and encompass the whole of India by tasting delicious food seasoned with exotic spices prepared by an experienced team of Indian chefs constantly innovating delicacies to capture the authentic tastes and flavour of Indian regional variations from Kashmir through Khajuraho to Kanyakumari. In addition we have a treasure of Indian wines enriching your selection with some of the most famous wines of the world. Besides this, regularly updated Chef’s special will make your dining experience unforgettable and value for your taste of Indian cuisine.

In Khajuraho, we offer an ambience to celebrate private dinners, social gatherings as well as corporate and business interactions under tailor-made conditions. Within three spacious and connected halls we are able to accommodate up to 150 people in various set–ups. We also offer a private saloon with a capacity up to 10 people which extends confidential base. Wireless high speed internet connection is available in the fully air-conditioned restaurant.
