One of the most energetic man in our team, responsible for supply and maintainance of stocks. He is head of catering division as well experienced in continental cuisine. Previously has worked for 5* hotel in Prague.
As a part of our team assisting with food preparation, also taking part in our customer care field. Previously have worked more than six years in food & beverage department, developing himself and eager to learn more and more. Enthusiastic to know Czech language and very serviceable man.
Has extensive experience of over 10 year from various 5 and 4 star establishments such as The Golden Waters Resorts and RadhaParkin Hotels. Suresh brings to our restaurant his expertise in South Indian cuisine. Apart from that he also specializes in North Indian, continental, Chines and Tandoori delicacies.
In 2004 had worked for well known Goa Beach Resort, then transferred to Taj group hotel in Khajuraho where gained three and half year of practices. In our restaurant co-ordinating and supervising kitchen organization, focusing principally on Goan and North Indian dishes, as well as continental cuisine.
